The home is almost 900 square meters under cover and spans 3 levels with suspended slabs and cantilevered sections and as such the contract required a company with an intimate knowledge of every facet of construction - from the excavation of the site to the intricate detailing of the finishes.

Innovative Building Services undertook the total contract which took two years to complete. This was two months shorter than the estimate and the final cost came in under budget.

The final result is a home of impeccable standard and there was not a single incident throughout the contract that gave me any cause for concern.

Innovative Building Services demonstrated excellent management of construction process. The construction is well coordinated, efficiently ran and the outcome is a high-quality building. In addition to in depth knowledge of construction Mr Fuda proved to have well balanced judgement, excellent communication skills, patience and attention for fine detail work.
