Through the whole process we have found Joe to be extremely communicative, helpful, transparent and easy to work with. The quality of his workmanship and the attention to detail has been exemplary. During the build, whenever there were any types of issues, he quickly brought these to our attention and presented us with alternative solutions. If he could find simpler or less expensive ways of doing things, he showed these to both our architects and us. Most importantly, he has always had our interests as his priority and has focused on delivering a top quality product, in accordance with the architects’ vision, but with a realistic and practical outcome.

Joe has always been approachable and responsive with any questions we have had. He has been patient in explaining to us why things are being done in a certain way, as well as around the timings of various activities.
